Pioneer family of Clark County, Arkansas.
Henry Strong operated a general store and boat landing at Montroy on the Ouachita River, served as a justice of the peace for Manchester Township after the Civil War. Henry's brother, Watson Strong, attended Andrews College in Tennessee before the war and afterwards became a Memphis, Tennessee attorney. Another brother, Wesley K. Strong, served in the First Arkansas Infantry, the 37th Arkansas Infantry and afterwards resumed farming in Clark County.
