Patch, Ira J., 1835-1894
Ira J. Patch was born in April 1835, the son of Ira H. Patch and Hannah Dodge of Salem, Massachusetts. In the 1850s, he collected autograph documents and signatures by prominent American politicians. He and his wife Harriet had three children: Harry H., Lizzie M., and Mabel A. Ira J. Patch died on June 6, 1894.
