Crommelin, Henry, 1904-1971
Variant namesHenry Crommelin was born August 11, 1904, in Montgomery, Alabama. He received his commission as ensign in the U.S. Navy in 1925, and achieved the rank of rear admiral in 1952. He served as commander of Battleship Division 2 from 1956 to 1957. Crommelin died in March 1971.
