Soldier, of Edmond, Headrick, and Altus, Okla.; enlisted with the U.S. Army Air Corps in 1939; during WWII was stationed in Africa as a cryptographic technician (1942-1943); recalled to active duty in 1950; was president of the Headrick school board and supervisor of Altus AFB sales shop.
