Paul Trueblood is a pianist and musical director based in New York whose work has focused on cabaret, Broadway, popular songs, and standards. He has worked with a range of artists including Michael Feinstein, Julie Wilson, Carol Lawrence, Anita Ellis, Earl Wrightson, and Betty Comden and Adolph Green. He also worked as pianist for lyricist Alan Jay Lerner, and director, Joshua Logan. In 1996-97 he accompanied Marianne Faithful on a world tour supporting their CD, 20th Century Blues, consisting of songs by Kurt Weill. Trueblood also serves on the faculty of the annual Cabaret Conference at Yale.
