Colton, Simeon, 1785-1868
Variant namesSimeon Colton (1785-1868), native of Connecticut, was a Congregational and Presbyterian minister, who lived for some time near Fayetteville and Asheboro, N.C., where he taught at schools and preached to Presbyterian and Methodist churches.
