Broken Spoke.
James M. White established the legendary Texas dance hall, the Broken Spoke, in 1964. Notable musicians such as Bob Wills, Ernest Tubb, Tex Ritter, Willie Nelson, Alvin Crow, Asleep at the Wheel, Gary P. Nunn, Doug Sahm, George Strait, and many others have played, and continue to play, at this world-renowned Texas "honky-tonk."
