Republican Party (Boulder County, Colo.)
University of Colorado mathematics professor Ira DeLong was active in politics. A Republican, he was chosen as a delegate to the 1912 Progressive Party convention which nominated Theodore Roosevelt, and was chosen as a Progressive national committeeman from Colorado in 1912 and 1916.
