Cook, Herbert R., 1915-
Variant namesHerbert K. Cook was chief of concrete research for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Vicksburg, Mississippi, from 1946-1954. From 1954-1977 he served as head of Masters Building Company's research division, specializing in the use of concrete in construction.
