Loris-Melikov, I︠O︡sif Grigorévich, 1872-1948.
A diplomat who served as first secretary of the Russian Embassy to the U.S. during the first part of World War I and as Russian ambassador to Siam. Loris-Melikov also was a member of the White government in Omsk during the Civil War.
