Royal Indemnity Company.
Liverpool & London & Globe Insurance Company, Royal Insurance Company, and Queen Insurance Company were all British insurance companies with offices in San Francisco at the time of the 1906 earthquake and fire. A series of mergers resulted in all three companies becoming part of Royal & Sun Alliance (known since 2008 as RSA), of which Royal Indemnity Company was a subsidiary. Royal & Sun Alliance sold its U.S. operations in 2006 to Arrowpoint Capital Corp.
