Moll was born on Mar. 20, 1907 in New York City; attended the Univ. of IL and the Univ. of Chicago; became a screenwriter for Samuel Goldwyn, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, and Twentieth Century-Fox, as well as a television writer; contributed short stories to various magazines; published works include Night without sleep (1950), Seidman and Son (1958), Memoir of spring (1961), Mr. Seidman and the geisha (1962), Image of Tallie (1964), and The perilous spring of Morris Seidman (1972).
