Better Boulder Ticket.
In her book, A Look at Boulder (1981, p. 156), Phyllis Smith notes that the Better Boulder Party was formed in about 1900, uniting groups that favored prohibition and temperance. The party won most of the city council seats in the 1907 election, and the Boulder saloons were closed.
