Frost, Jr. joined his father's firm, Frederick G. Frost, Architects (founded 1917) in 1933. Upon his father's retirement in 1955 he renamed the firm Frederick G. Frost Jr. and Associates. His son, A. Corwin Frost, joined in 1960, and in 1968 the firm became Frost Associates. It ceased in 1980 upon the retirement of Frederick G. Frost, Jr.
