Development of the OAC Bankers School goes back to the early 1950's. It provides a basic understanding of the organization of farm operations, from human, business and physical standpoints. The School, sponsored jointly by OMAF and OAC, is designed for bank personnel with managerial responsibilities. It concerns technology, credit needs, supply services, marketing, accounting and management of farms. Emphasis is placed on financial interpretations.
