Seattle and West Coast Railway Company.
Incorporated in 1887 under the laws of Washington Territory, the company graded a roadbed between Woodinville and Snohomish (Wash.). It conveyed all its property to Seattle, Lake Shore and Eastern Railway Company in 1888. It was then deeded to NP in 1901, then subsequently stricken from the records of the state of Washington in 1909 for failure to pay annual license fees.
