Fayrweather, Samuel, 1725-1781.

Samuel Fayrweather (1725-1781) was born in Boston, Massachusetts and graduated from Harvard College in 1743. Fayrweather was ordained a minister in the Congregationalist Church in 1753 and in the Church of England in 1755. He served as a missionary for the Society for the Propagation of the Gospel in Foreign Parts in the parishes in South Carolina. He later transferred to Rhode Island where he died.
