Investment banker. A.B. Harvard (1897). Joined the Boston firm of Perry, Coffin and Burr in 1898. In 1916 the firm was dissolved and a new corporation, Coffin and Burr, was formed. Garrison served as president of Coffin and Burr from 1916 to 1933. Garrison was a grandson and namesake of the famous abolitionist.
