Gould, Joseph S.
Variant namesJoseph S. Gould (1899-1977), an economist, was head of the department of economics and business administration at the University of Delaware from 1929-1946. After World War II, he held various posts with the World Bank, International Monetary Fund and United Nations and served as an economic consultant to countries throughout the Far East.
