Nold́e, Boris Emanuilovich, baron, 1876-1948.
Kadet Party legal scholar and Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Provisional Government. He emigrated to France after the Revolution, was active in the Russian National Committee, and prolifically published on historical and political topics in emigration.
