Stewart, Bud, 1952-
Variant namesBiographical note: Manlius Rupert "Bud" Stewart served twenty-two years in the Army Corps of Engineers. He was involved in the construction of the Al-Can Highway. He commanded the 1680th Engineer Intelligence Division and was part of the occupation authority in Japan after World War II.
