Purslow, John
John Purslow, of Bucks County, Pa., emigrated to Philadelphia, Pa., in 1677 on the ship Phoenix. In 1684, he married Elizabeth Walmsley, widow of Thomas Walmsley, and became stepfather to her three children (considered to be orphans on the death of their father).
