United States. Continental Army. Corps of Artillery.
After June 17, 1783, all artillery with the Continental Army was formed into a battalion-size force of two companies. The corps was commanded by John Crane until November 3, 1783, when he was replaced by Sebastian Bauman. On June 11, 1784 this was reduced to one company.
