J. Glyn Davies

J. Glyn Davies, scholar and poet, was born in 1870. He became the Head of the Celtic Department at Liverpool University in 1920 until 1936 and is the author of such well-known publications as Cerddi Huw Puw, 1923; Cerddi Robin Goch, 1935 and Cerddi Portinllaen, 1936. He died in 1953. The Papers of J. Glyn Davies are held at the National Library of Wales.
