Cramer, Thomas J. B.
Variant namesCramer, of Douglas County, Kansas, was judge of the 1855 elections, inspector general of the militia, and territorial treasurer under the Lecompton Constitution. He was the pro-slavery candidate for treasurer in 1857. He left for California in 1859 with his wife and brother Samuel.
