Owsley, Ada T. H. (Ada Tower Heath)

Ada Tower Heath Owsley (b. ca. 1900?) was the daughter of William B. and Caroline Tower Heath. Ada served as a Red Cross Secretary in France during World War I. Her extended family lived in Ionia (Mich.). William Heath's father was Alfred Heath. Caroline Tower Heath was the daughter of Angelo E. and Abbie Lovell Tower. Ada's sister, Margaret, married Maxwell H. Webber (1896-1937), the son of George W. Webber (1825-1900), who served as a U.S. Representative in Congress, 1881-1883. Ada eventually married Merrit J. Owsley and they had a son, William, born in 1924. Additional Tower family records are at the Bentley Historical Library.
