Ward, Charles, 1818-1893.
Charles Ward was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on October 30, 1818, and was a merchant in Lowell, Massachusetts before moving to Minnesota in 1857. Ward was a deputy provost marshal and register of deeds in Goodhue County.
