Seibert, Frederick L.
Captain Seibert was the father of Inez Seibert Brooks, first wife of Charles Van Wyck Brooks. He was a captain with the U.S. Navy, and traveled extensively, often leaving his daughter without a parent in her life (her mother being dead).
