Czellitzer, Arthur, 1871-
Variant namesArthur Czellitzer was born in Breslau in 1871. He was a well known ophthalmologist and founded a private hospital in Berlin in 1907. He was the founder and president of the Gesellschaft fuer Juedische Familienforschung (1924-1938). In 1938 he immigrated to Holland, and was killed in Sobibor in 1943. He also wrote creative fiction.
