Caleb Hubbard (1754-1850) was the son of Israel Hubbard (1725-1817) and Abigail Smith of Sunderland, Massachusetts. Caleb Hubbard and his first wife, Tryphenia Montague (1757-1788) had four children; he and his second wife, Lucretia Ashley (1768-1853), had two children, including Ashley Hubbard (1793-1861).
Ashley Hubbard and his first wife, Nancy Henderson (1797-1821), had two children, Harriet (b. 1819) and Jared (b. 1820); he and his second wife, Betsey Dole (1794-1862), had five children: Nancy (b. 1823), Parker (b. 1825), Elizabeth (b. 1830), Caleb Trowbridge (1835-1882), and Stephen Ashley (1827-1890). Elizabeth Hubbard married George Alvord of Boston, Massachusetts.
