Sturgis, Sam, collector
Sam Sturgis was an Ann Arbor Michigan photographer. He was also a collector of vintage and historical photographs relating to Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, Michigan, and to other communities within Washtenaw County. He collected both original photographs and photoprints of originals. In addition, his collection includes original photographs taken by Sturgis of contemporary events and places.
