Concerns Baruch Beckwith (1775-1855), his son George M. Beckwith (b.1805) who married Hannah Elizabeth Mooers, and other relatives. George Beckwith, Beekmantown, N.Y., lawyer, was elected to State Assembly in 1840, appointed U.S. Commissioner 1864-1871, and elected Clinton County Judge in 1871.
