Way, Emily Stanley.
Mrs Emily Way (nee Spencer) was the daughter of the Rev. Seymour Mills Spencer, and Ellen Standish Spencer, Church Missionary Society missionaries who arrived in New Zealand in 1942 and spent many years based at Tarawera. Their nine children and many descendants are recorded in a family tree held at the Alexander Turnbull Library: Spencer, Arnold H. The Spencers from June 1842.
