Born in Birmingham, Alabama May 4, 1908. Father was a Baptist minister. Served in the army during WWII. Received BA from University of Denver in 1950. Photographer in Denver, Colorado. Documented African American community from after WWII though the 1970s. Died Dec. 4, 1990. Member of Zion Baptist Church in Denver, Colorado for fifty years.
