Lucie Stern Trust
Biographical/Historical Sketch
Lucie Stern, benefactor to Palo Alto and Stanford University, held weekly dinner parties for Stanford students at her Palo Alto home thoughout the 1930s and '40s; the ASSU made her an honorary member of the student body in 1941. She died in 1946, leaving a bequest in her will for a men's dormitory at Stanford.
