Naval Air Warfare Center (U.S.)
Variant namesNaval Air Warfare Center tested and produced various forms of avionics technology for the Navy. It went through various name changes. It was originally called the Naval Ordnance Plant in Indianapolis and later became the Naval Avionics Facility, Indianapolis. It was renamed the Naval Air Warfare Center in 1992 and was closed by the government in 1995.
