Hart, Lyman H. (Lyman Herbert), 1900-
Variant namesLyman H. Hart was a geologist during the middle of the twentieth century. In the 1930s he worked for Anaconda Copper Mining Company in Butte, Montana. He next worked for American Smelting and Refining Company as chief geologist in Nevada and in the 1960s he became Vice President of Geological Exploration for Guggenheim Exploration Company and made his home in New York City. Throughout his career he was responsible for finding new mineral deposits and managing company holdings throughout the world.
