Collins, J. (British engraver, active 1670-1690)
Variant namesJ.B. Collins was born in 1917 in Chattanooga, Tenn. He has been a reporter and editor for the Chattanooga News Free Press for 56 years. In 1945-47 he took a series of photographs on serpent-handling churches and church members for the paper.
