MacDougall, William D., 1868-1943.
William D. MacDougall, U.S. Naval officer, was born on June 20, 1868 in Auburn, NY. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1889 and served in the U.S. Navy until he retired in 1932. He was promoted to rear admiral in 1923. He died on March 5, 1943 and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
