Montana and Great Northern Railway Company.
The company was incorporated by GN interests in 1901 to take over the properties of the Great Falls and Canada Railway, a narrow gauge railroad running from Great Falls to the international boundary. It then built additional lines northwest to the boundary near Rexford. Its lines were formally transferred to GN in 1907 and its charter was allowed to expire in 1921.
