Dumas, R. J. (Russell John), Sir, 1887-1975
Variant namesPublic servant and engineer who led several large works projects in Western Australia. Joined the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage Department in 1925, becoming chief engineer in 1934. In 1941, became head of engineering at the Public Works Department.
