Bell, Norman R., 1918-
Professor of Electrical Engineering at North Carolina State University (1958-1982). Bell received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University (1939) and an M.S. in Engineering from Cornell University (1945). He was also a well regarded amateur astronomist.
