F. N. Souza (12 April 1924 – 28 March 2002) was an artist of modern Indian painting. Souza joined the Communist Party of India soon after, and co-founded the Bombay Progressive Artists' Group in 1947. Souza emigrated to London in 1949, following several complaints against him to the police from the Indian public for obscenity.
