Callner, Bruce W.

Bruce W. Callner was born in Camden, New Jersey in 1948. He received a B.S. degree in psychology from Western Michigan University followed by a J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame. Callner became a member of the American Bar Association in 1974, and was also a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association. He belonged to a number of civic groups, including the National Council on Family Relations, the National Organization for Women, ERA Georgia, Inc., Hospice Atlanta, and the Visually Impaired Foundation of Georgia, Inc. Callner also volunteered for a wide variety of community groups such as the Georgia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, Inc., the Council on Battered Women, the Child Service and Family Counseling Center, Inc., and the Fulton County Foster Care Review Project. He died in 2001.
