Marshall, Clare Helene.
Marshall worked for J.M. Elizalde, Resident Commissioner from the Philippines, in Washington, D.C., and New York. In Washington she helped monitor legislation affecting the Philippines, and, as a single woman, she had an extensive social life. She later worked as a scripter for CBS Radio Playhouse in New York. She was a member of Women Flyers of America.
