Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Oxford (Idaho) High Priest Quorum (Idaho)
In 1864, John Boice and Noah Brimhall founded Oxford in what was then Utah Territory (Oxford became part of Idaho in the late 19th century when the Idaho/Utah border was shifted south). On November 4, 1869, community leaders met at the Oxford school room to discuss the organization of the town's LDS leadership. They formed a local quorum that included Jefferson Hunt, Agrippa Cooper, and John Cox, and installed Boice as president. Noah Brimhall joined the quorum after being ordained as a high priest on March 24, 1872.
