Fulton, Louis B.

Louis Brown Fulton was born on October 18, 1841, to Eliza Jane Murrow and James C. Fulton of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. During the Civil War, Louis was a private in Co. C and Co. F of the 15th Pennsylvania Cavalry (the Anderson Cavalry). He mustered in on August 22, 1862, as a three-year recruit. Brown was discharged on October 31, 1863, on a surgeon's certificate, after being run over by a wagon in the winter of 1862.
