Billings, Lucille.
Daughter of Theodore M. Gerasimos, who was considered to be the first Greek in Detroit. She was married to Neil Billings, a cousin of Queen Elizabeth II and they has a daughter, Christina. Lucille Billings, who in later years became known as "Queen Loukratia" owned the Lucille Billings Music Publishing Company and was the founder of the Greek Memorial Home for the Aged in Monroe, Mich.
