Malone, Paul B. (Paul Bernard), 1872-
Variant namesPaul Bernard Malone (b. May 8, 1872-d. Oct. 16, 1960), Major General in the U.S. Army, graduated from West Point in 1894. He was a veteran of action in Cuba and in the Philippines. During World War I, he was assistant chief of staff for General Headquarters and, later, commanded the 23rd Infantry, 2nd Division, and 10th Infantry Brigade, 5th Division. Following the War he commanded the 2nd Infantry Division, the Philippine Division, and the Fourth Army.
