The Employee Relations Office and the Equal Employment Opportunity Office are both divisions of Human Resource Services at Brigham Young University. The office of Employee Relations provides a confidential setting to students and all University personnel who may have questions or concerns about employment at Brigham Young University, including problems affecting performance and relationships between employees and/or management. The Equal Employment Opportunity Office provides training and consultation on equal opportunity issues.
